A day trip from Zanzibar to Mikumi National Park promises a thrilling unforgettable experience. A flight will take you from Zanzibar airport at 7 am in the morning and you will arrive at Mikumi airstrip at 8:10 am where you will meet your guide who will then brief you and you will start your adventure.

We use modified 4×4 open safari jeep which will allow you to get up close to some of the most magnificent creatures in their natural habitat. As you explore you will get to see elephants, zebras, lions, girraffes and leopards. In the afternoon you will have a picnic lunch inside the park while watching these animals in their natural environment.

After the lunch you will continue with your game drive and later in the afternoon you will catch your flight at 4pm back to Zanzibar where you shoul arrive at around 5pm. A perfect way to go on safari especially when you have less time or on a budget but want to savor some amazing African safari memories.
